The PS3 classroom continues to foster growth and development in important independence skills. The teachers promote development in thinking and problem solving skills, language skills, physical skills, and spiritual skills. The lead teacher follows a Christ-centered, emergent curriculum that aligns with the Iowa Early Learning Standards. This provides “hands-on” activities that develop early learning skills and encourage children to become critical thinkers, researchers and life-long learners. Invaluable learning also takes place through social experiences that encourage problem solving, creative thinking, cooperation and Godly character development.
